Any participation in this service constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Please read our terms and privacy policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. These terms and conditions may be subject to change.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Agreement”: these terms and conditions of business (“T&Cs”) pertaining to the Services provided.
“Business Day” means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday (in your relevant state).
“Intellectual Property” is the property of your mind or proprietary knowledge. Basically, the productive new ideas you create. It can be an invention, trademark, design, brand, or the application of your idea.
“Price” means the price for the services payable by the surgery client to Gro, as specified in the relevant Order. “Client” means an actual person to whom the services are provided.
“Practitioner” means the professional who delivers the service (hair Restoration and/or PRP) at the company’s premise. “Surgery” means Hair Transplant Surgery.
“surgery date” means the day a client has a Gro Hair Restoration surgery.
“Treatment” means services provided that aren’t hair restoration surgery e.g. PRP.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT OF SURGERY
a) All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
b) The prices of the service are shown on Hair Transplant International quote, summary email, invoice and/or similar document (“Quote”).
c) The “Quote” stipulates two instalments of monies.
i The first instalment is the deposit (50% of the entire quote). This is payable at the client’s discretion and is followed by the securing of a surgery date.
ii The second instalment is the Balance (the remaining 50% of the entire quote).
d) Unless otherwise specified on the Quote, the Balance is due 10 business days prior to your surgery date.
e) Failure to pay the balance by the due date may subject the surgery booking to rescheduling or cancellation.
$1500 from the original surgery is retained by Hair Transplant International regardless of the subsequent actions (rescheduling or cancellation).
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT OF TREATMENT
a) All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
b) The prices of the service are shown on the Hair Transplant International quote, summary email, invoice and/or similar document (“Quote”).
i The quote is payable before the treatment transpires.
c) Prior to surgery, a health declaration must be provided. If there is history of any medical conditions that may
affect the surgery; or outcomes of surgery, Hair Transplant International possesses the right to request your treating doctor to provide permission to proceed.
d) Failure to deliver on prerequisite due dates result in a possible rescheduling or cancellation of surgery. $1500 from the original surgery is retained by Hair Transplant International regardless of the subsequent actions (rescheduling or cancellation).
5. PRIVACY POLICY
Certain personal information and other information about our client’s may be collected by Hair Transplant International and through the service. This is voluntary and includes information that includes but is not limited to the clients; Name, address, phone number, email address and medical history.
We use this information to;
• To provide information, products and/or services; and
• To ensure that each client is a suitable candidate for our treatments and services.
Is your data Safe?
Hair Transplant International shall implement and maintain reasonable procedures for protecting personal information in compliance with applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The client acknowledges that the content of any information distributed to the client is subject to copyright and accordingly, the client shall ensure that the information is used solely for the Client’s research and/or use and may not be copied, reproduced, disseminated, or commercially exploited in all or any part.
7. Refunds
Situations in which refunds are applicable include;
a. Numbers stipulated in quote not achieved on the day of surgery; or
b. Not achieved through a top up surgery .
a) Numbers stipulated in quote not achieved
a. If the Doctor has been unable to reach the target by more than one surgery size below the surgery size which was agreed upon – the refund will be the difference in cost between the surgery size agreed upon and the surgery size which was achieved.
i If the surgery was discounted – the discount will be applied to the difference between the surgery size agreed upon and the surgery size that was achieved.
b) Not achieved through a top up surgery
a.When for medical reasons , the quoted number is not possible through one surgery and also not achieved through a second surgery .
